Who can use it?

Magnesium Oil Goodnight is suitable for anyone from 12 years, for children under 12 we recommned Magnesium Oil Original spray which does not contain essential oils. For the same reasons, we also recommend Magnesium Oil Original for those who are pregnant.

How to use

Can be applied to any area of the body. Apply 5-10 sprays every evening and gently massage for optimum absorbtion. Apply at least half an hour before retiring. Can be re-applied if sleep is disturbed due to muscle discomfort. It is normal to feel a slight tingling sensation upon initial use of this product, but this will soon pass with continued usage as your magnesium levels improve.
