Postage & Packaging
The cost of postage is automatically calculated and clearly displayed when you add an item to your basket. All products on this website are in stock ready for immediate dispatch from the United Kingdom.
- Same working day dispatch for orders received before 1pm Monday to Friday (Excluding UK Public Holidays).
- Capsules and concentrates are sent by Royal Mail first class post, so special delivery instructions are not applicable. If ordered before 1pm on a workday, first class mail will usually arrive next working day, but this cannot be guaranteed. CORONAVIRUS is slowing down some Royal Mail deliveries. All orders over £75 are upgraded to recorded delivery (at no extra cost). Postage cost of letterbox friendly capsules is £1.95, larger bottles £3.60.
- Free shipping for all orders over £60.
- Orders containing 1 litre drinks: £7.95 any number of bottles. Kombucha orders are sent by courier, a signature will be required unless reasonable alternative delivery instructions can be carried out (eg If not in, leave with next door).
- Orders not delivered within 14 days must be reported straightaway.
- You will be able to choose this option if you are placing an order between Monday-Friday (Excluding UK Public Holidays) before 1pm. A signature will be required on delivery.
- Capsules and small concentrate bottles (50 and 100ml bottles) are shipped for £8.10 to any United Kingdom postcode.
- This option is not available for Kombucha drinks.
- Our couriers treat any areas which are not on mainland England, Wales or Scotland as ‘outlying’. This includes all islands, North and South Ireland and certain remote areas of the Scottish Highlands. If you live in one of these areas Next Working Day delivery is not possible. Delivery
Large parcels may need to be signed for. In the event that no one is available to sign, goods will be returned to our carrier’s depot and you will be contacted to arrange a convenient time to re-deliver, at no extra cost. If your order does not turn up within the expected timescale, please contact Customer Services on 01239 654111 and we will be happy to help.
Customers in Estonia: Please note that we have had some products returned by Estonia customs. If you wish to have products delivered to this country, please check with customs before ordering. If an item is returned to us from customs then we will issue a refund less postage and admin charges.
