Refunds
If you are not delighted with your purchase you have the right to cancel within seven days of your purchase, or seven days from the receipt of the goods (whichever is longer). If you cancel your order you will have your payment returned, provided you return your goods to us unopened, and in good condition, to the address shown on the contact us page. In all cases please call us first on 01239 654111 to tell us and to be issued with a returns number. Please note that we do not refund any postage or freight charges on goods dispatched as ordered.
Complaints Procedure
We hope that you will never have cause to complain about our products or services. If however, you do have a complaint, please call us on 01239 654111 between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday and we will do our best to assist you. If you wish to return a product, please call us first on 01239 654111 to tell us about your problem and to be issued with a returns number. Delays in shipping within the UK can sometimes occur and are beyond our control. Where an item has not been delivered after 10 working days we will then consider re-dispatching the order. For orders placed outside the UK: If an order is undelivered within 28 days we will offer to dispatch a replacement or offer a refund.
