"Greetings from your appreciative customer Maureen Orfino Pollinger from New York. I received the magic elixir in perfect condition and you are absolutely correct, it is indeed superior. Not that the American version is bad, it is in fact quite good. However your Kombucha is far superior. First, the taste reminds me of sweet champagne, (though for the miraculous benefits of Kombucha I would probably drink it even if it tasted like the bottom of a bird cage). I found that it is (and it remains) very effervescent to the bottom of the bottle. What I find extremely important is the package and transportation: Often in the US there is a problem with leakage, for example, if the bottles do not remain standing and they fall over, they begin to leak and spill which also causes loss of fizz. This poses a problem in terms of getting seepage into the metal screw top which as a consequence can create a metallic taste in the drink. (I notice you do not use metal lids). I personally counter this by carefully wiping the inside lid and the outside bottle neck very carefully.
